Outlook 2007/2010 - need a rule to approve /reject emails before actual sending
I need a rule in Outlook which could show me a msgbox "approve/reject" for every email being sent. Only after click on "approve" the particular email should be sent. How is this done? |

Outlook doesn't do this on its own.
For something simple like this I suggest you code your own solution: http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=40 Hope this helps! Mike Sperry |
