Outlook account synchronization problem

Dear Sir !

Sorry for my bad english.
I have an Outlook 2003 (11.8330.8333) SP3.
It has 2 accounts, but one of them does not read automatically the received emails from the server. When I click the "Update" button, then it reads them, but I need push this button always to refresh. The other account works fine. What can be the problem??

How are the 2 accounts setup? Are they pop? Imap?

The first (good working) account is an exchange server, the other (not working ) is POP3.
The second account works fine with any other PC (XP outlook express, Win7 Live Mail)
