![]() In Outlook 2010 (as well as previous versions of Outlook), signature files are stored on a person's local hard drive. Being in a workgroup with a network of over 400 computers throughout the state, that creates a serious problem because our signatures are available only on the computer on which we create them. They are not available on other computers on the network. Is there a solution to that problem? Manually copying our signatures to other computers is not feasable in our situation. |

Our network uses Microsoft Exchange Server, but I'm not sure which version.

You admin can setup a signature on the server end. This way they will show up on all profiles in that domain.
