Forms: A very basic question/request
Hello, hello. Let me preface this by asking that you speak slowly to me. I can be dumb beyond belief, and I've never used Outlook in my life before.
I recently made a simple little form in Outlook 2003: 4 fields of text/numbers, no problem with that - "Serial No.", "Order No.", "Customer" and "Date". Basically, I thought I could scramble up a form to spare myself from typing the same things over and over.
However, it turns out that Outlook cannot display forms in its Preview Pane - only the main message window. It requires the recipient to double-click and open the mail in order to view them.
My question is: Is there a way in which I can make the values put in the forms copy over to the main body so that people can view the text from the preview pane, using VBScript or some other functionality I'm missing? Can't I add some control button that simply copies everything to the main body somehow?
If so, please help me out!
