I am using Outlook 2010 as my mail client, etc and I have recently done something that has changed the behavior of the menus. Now all |i see is Titles such as "File", "Home, "Send/Receive". If I hover over one of them the full set of icons appears. If I move the pointer away they disappear again.



How can I get the icons to permanently remain in view?

right-click on one of the tabs (Home, for example) and uncheck Minimize the Ribbon

The solution was so simple but finding it was the difficulty.

I am always amazed at how quickly my questions get answered on this type of forum.
