Outlook xp slow when Browsing to attached a file

Outlook xp slow when Browsing to attached a file

I have a small network and one Pc has 7 folders shared, each folder has 500 folders, and when I want to send a email attaching one file that is inside of this folders Outlook xp is very slow when Browsing to attach it.
