If you try and open that file, "C:\\...folder\\liranm.psd", just using explorer, does Adobe Photoshop try and open?

.PSD is usually a Photoshop extension. If Photoshop does open, then we just need to reset the program associations with that file type.

Or, you might even try renaming that file to have a .ICS file extension instead.
