If you are using Outlook Web Access or Outlook Web App, you can find the Conflicts folder under Show All folders. the conflicts folder will be selectable within the drop down menu.
For Outlook 2010, in the section where your icons are located, mail, tasks, cal, etc, there is one called folder list. Selecting this will un-hide the conflicts folder. In OWA is where the options > Deleted items section. For computer A, the one missing the emails, run the following command switch. This switch will fix any registry issue or corrupted profile parameters. Windows Vista/7:
