I have a outlook user template that basically consists of a picture and a text box. This is a mockup of our web page. On top of this I want to put a table from an excel spreadsheet that contains current inventory offerings. I need to be able to resize the table in order to fit in the width and length of the picture. I have the template saved and can call it as a new email, but when I go to put the table in, I cannot move the table to a position that works. Ultimately I need to know how do I load the table so that it fits the space and also how to move it to correct for any minor changes.

hi vavs,
When you insert a table (insert tab>table) Go back to the "message" tab Select your table (place your mouse over the table, on the top left side you will see a box with arrows in it) click it (by clicking it selects your table completely) Click the "center" align button (it moves your table to the center of the message) Hope this helps!
