Testing was performed of the indexing used in Outlook 2007 and 2010. This is a limitation of the program. A thourgh search was performed to locate an option(S) to have each messages show their current folder path. None could be found.

A possible work around could be used. If this email was redirected to a specific sub-folder the configuration of the rule might show you the location of the sub-folder.
