Adding HTML Signatures Outlook 2007

Hi, I am new here. I am having this huge issue adding a HTML signature on Outlook 2007.

I have searched Google on adding HTML signatures into Outlook, and none of the solutions I have looked at seem to work for me.

Can someone please help or tell me how to do it.

No, I checked that ages ago. I only posted here after plenty of search through Google.
