How do I keep most recent email from a sender?
Hi there, I have a question that I can't seem to Google my way through.
At work, I receive email updates from a certain section of the company. I have a rule set up for these emails that sends them directly to their own designated folder. With these updates, only the most recent is of use to me. I'm wondering if there's a rule I can set up that will send the older emails straight to my Deleted Items folder once a new email has come through. The emails come through sporadically and not at any specific time. I'm using Outlook 2010. Cheers for the help. |
