Mail (32 bit)?
Office 2003
Win7 64 bit I'm wondering why the Mail entry in Control Panel says 'Mail (32 bit)'? Does this infer that there is a 64 bit mail module available and that my version is 32 bit, or? Mark

Mark,
It is probably b/c you are using Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 is a 32 bit mail client. I currently have Windows 7 64bit and Outlook 2010 64 bit. The mail module just says "Mail".

That's what I thought. Moving from Win7 32 to 64 yesterday I opted to install '03 vs '07 to get away from ribbon h*ll. Given what all local mail doesn't do I doubt there would be any noticeable improvement in throughput. Even if there is, don't tell me ;-)
