In older versions of Word, your autotext entries worked in either Word or Outlook. Now they don't.



I finally figured out that I have to select Save in: Normal.dotm when I create an autotext entry in Word. I thought that these entries would carry over to Outlook because they were now in the global template, but they do not.

I couldn't find an Add-Ins option in Outlook to attach a template. How do you make sure your autotext entries work in Outlook as well? Is normal.dotm NOT the global template for Outlook? If not, what is?
