Hi,
I have two working inboxes (is the terminology two clients set up and working in Exchange Server - all mumbo jumbo to me!) set up in Outlook but can only view my Personal Address Book, and not my firm's global address book, which is the one I really want. Can anyone give us some clues as to what sort of things we should be checking to get the Global Address Book up and running? Apologies for this dog of a question (I am an escapee from Excel forums where I generally aspire to a slightly better class of question) and thanks in advance for any help. Regards, Matt Geare |

In your address book, does it show a drop down box where you can change between your Personal Address Book and the Global Address Book?

No, unfortunately not. I am perplexed as to why my IT Department can't fix this.
