Default Changing accounts on same PC

Hired new employee and gave her the predecessors laptop. I deleted his Outlook 2010 account and entered a new account for her. She can send email but she cannot receive it.

Her account shows up on the Home page of Outlook but there are no files in it...no Inbox, Sent, nothing.

What am I doing wrong??

You are much better off by deleting the old users profile, then creating a new profile for the new user then setting up the email account.
