![]() Hi, I work in a school science laboratory and would like to set my daily calendar up into sections eg session 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and be able to book science experiments into the sessions. Any advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. |

I have been playing around with putting each session as a different colour category in the block of time but when I put in details of the science experiments in the notes section the display just says "the contents of this appointment has been updated....". I would like to be able to see at a glance which experiments are on each day.

You could enter the name of the experiment into the subject line of the appt and you'll be able to see it in the day view.
As for dividing it into sections, I'm not sure if I really understand your intentions. Are you just trying to make them easily distinguishable? If that's the case, perhaps you could try setting up conditional formatting rules for your day view. For e.g., 7 am to 9 am would be marked red etc. Jay |
