Default Template formats

Hi - I have made an outlook template. A few of the details will need to be chaged each time I use it and it also incorporates a simple Word based formula. Trouble is - It looks great on my template - but when I send it, it looks quite different to the recipient . How do I ensure that the recipient gets the e mail in the same beautiful format that it was sent in?
Thanks.
