I would like to be able to send emails to lots of people but for the recipient to see only their name in the To field.
If I just put everyones name in the Bcc field then when people receive the email the To field is blank. It just looks odd that way. Is there a way round this? Mike |

There is no way around this in Outlook save for creating a new email for each receipent. If you are going to be bulk sending messages you want to check you email providers policys. You could get your service cut off if they feel you are spaming.
Most companys not running their own mailserver will use something like constantcontact.com to send messages in bulk. This will also provide what your are looking for as far the user seeing only their name in the to field. |

Many thanks. Yes its only for inter company emails not to spam the world! It just looks unprofessional with 1/2 a page of names.
Thanks again Mike |
