Default Rule will not save on Publc Folder

Hi,

I am trying to create a auto response on a publuc Folder (Outlook 2003) and when i create the rule with a template and go to accept changes i get an error message 'Changes to the rule could not be saved'

You must make sure that you have owner permissons to the public folder to create a rule. No other permissons set will work.
