Default Exporting to Excel

After appointments have been categorized in the Outlook calendar, is it possible to export them to Excel and create a graph depicting how much time is used a week for each category?

You can use the import/export wizard in Outlook to export the calendar data to a .CSV file. As far as how to graph that data afterwards would be a good question for the Excel guys.
