dwolnik,
- Are your messages being composed as plain text or HTML? - Are these message request being sent to this person as an individual attendee or through a Distribution List? - What Email Client is being used by this user? - Is this user within your domain or an external user? Keep me posted. |

As HTML, but the same thing happens when sent as plain text. I have not had a chance to test it with RTF.
I have also had the sending user turn off reminders to see if that would help, it did not. It was not a distribution list but there were multiple people on the request. Outlook 2010 is the user having the problems and it was sent from a user with Outlook 2007. I have tested it with meeting requests inside and outside of our domain and the same thing happens. We are not using an exchange server. I have re-installed Office 2010 once already, I have deleted the mail profile and made a new one also. I also just found out this same thing was happening to this same user on a different computer using Outlook 2003. Now I am thinking it might something with her email account on the email server, unfortunately I do not have access to that server. |

dwolnik,
1. Some third-party software such as spam filter software and disclaimer software change the mail format. 2. Some Add-ins on the Outlook can change the mail format. Recommend having this user disable add-ins and any virus scan software and see if this fixes the issue. Hope this helps. |

I thought of that also, but everyone in the rest of the enterprise runs the exact same add ons and the same anti-virus and she is the only one experiencing this issue.
I installed everything onto her computer the exact same way I installed 5 other machines before hers and 5 or 6 after hers and none of them are having any problems. I also just found that she had the exact same problem when she was using Office 93 on a different computer. This is also not an exchange server. This is almost making me think there is something wrong with her email account on the email server, I might have a forwarder set up and then delete her account and give her a new one. |

If this terns out to fix the issue, please update me so i can add this incident to my notes for future use.
It is strange that a standard instal would work for everyone but not one person. keep me posted |
