New Outlook User
I have used Act! for Windows for years and have decided to give Outlook a try. Can you tag contacts as clients, or vendors, or any other custom status? Can you lookup contacts by status field like you can in Act!?...CF

You could tag your contacts by categories (bottom right hand corner)
You can have more than one categorie and you can also edit the master list to suit your needs.
