Unable to sync iphone calender with outlook calender!!
Hi guys I have been trying to solve this problem for about a week now with no avail!
I am running windows 7 64bit, Office 2010 Pro, Itunes current version 10.3.1.55 The problem is when I try to sync my iphone calender to outlook via itunes outlook comes up in the sync with box so i click sync in the bottom right corner and it syncs but none of my iphone calender entries show up in my outlook calender. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling outlook and itunes, I've tried office 2010 64bit and 32bit, looked through all the settings. I'm also using hotmail as my mail provider and outlook connector. The other issue I'm having is when i goto adress book and click contacts (mobile) outlook crashes. Thanks in advance |

Reltub,
To simplify this process, being on an Exchange service using Activesync would solve your issue. Microsoft Exchange service will allow you to sync that Iphone to your mailbox and have it synchronize contacts, calendars and mail in real time. However, since it is not clear if you are on this service, below is a link with the information you require, http://www.ehow.com/how_2313206_sync...-calendar.html Hope this helps. |

Reltub,
Unfortunately, It's not entirely clear why your Outlook is crashing when you select your Mobile Contacts. Its possible the two are not synchronized properly and causing Outlook to crash. Although i use a MAC i do not use Itunes to synchronize my contacts and calendar information with my Outlook 2011. An exchange Service is not something that can just be configured in house. It is recommend you look into an Exchange Hosted Provider. Most providers have low rates and provide real time synchronization of all of your Email, contact and calendar data. The company that hosts my Exchange service even provides 24 hour technical support and can aid in migrating your data to their service. Hope this information helps. |
