Missing signature when sending via a link
using Outlook 2007 and 2010 - if I click on a web link or if an external program calls up Outlook to initiate a message, Outlook provides a blank e-mail without my default signature. (I understand that I can "insert signature") is there a setting to make Outlook insert a signature automatically in this scenario? |

In Outlook 2010:
1. Goto File > Options 2. Goto Mail > Signatures You will have the following options in Choose default signature: New Message: (action to take) Replies/Forwardsaction to take) Try modifying those settings. |

No
Thanks, but it's not that simple. those signature options work fine for messages initiated from within Outlook.
