Is it possible to redirect all incoming emails to a differant address

You can do it with the menu "Tools | Rules and Alerts", here is a detailed guide.

This is client-side forward, use server-side forward if possible, so that you don't have to open Outlook and download the emails before they are forwarded.

thanks can i still do this with office 2000

I cant find the item u mention

In Outlook 2000:

1. From the Tools menu, select Rules Wizard, and then click New...
2. Select Check Messages when they arrive, Click Next.
3. Do not check any boxes under "Which condition(s) do you want to check?" Click Next.
