Switching to Exchange 2010/Outlook from Groupwise 8 and have a question
Hi, first time poster here. I'm trying to find if Exchange 2010/Outlook has something equivalent to the following feature in Groupwise. It basically allow the sender to see who has read, deleted, replied, forward an email they sent and at what time. For an appointment, it also allow the sender to see who has accepted, rejected and delegated and appointment they sent and at what time. Here's a screen shot on how it's done in Groupwise 8. Many of my users depends on that functionality. Can this be done in Exchange 2010/Outlook. Thanks very much for taking the time to read my message.

Outlook will allow read receipts and appointment confirmation notices. They will tell you who read them or confirmed the appointment, as well as date and time.
To set read receipts for all emails go to: File, Options, Mail, Tracking, and place a check in the check box labeled "Read receipt confirming the recipient read the message" |
