Password retention?

I cannot get my 2007 version of Outlook to retain the paswords for my shared calendars. I have tried to do a search but I get so much mumbo jumbo for this version with this OS. I hate it I have spent hours and found nothing definitive. Next computer is going to be a MAC you can't get any help from MS. It is a real pain!!!!!! Their system won't recoginize their own product key. I joined their windows live and their system keeps telling to verify my account I do and then when I try to reasearch my problem when I get to the gate it says I have to verify my account again I HATE MICROSOFT!!!!!!!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME??????????

It is unclear what you are experiencing. Please provide additonal information.

- You stated your Outlook 2007 program is not retaining password to access shared calender. Explain what happens when select your shared calendar. How do you access these calendars?

- Are you on an exchange platform?
- Are these shared calendars from users within your domain?
