Hello.
I seek assistance in color coding. I want to color code all incomming mails to me from my entire company (60,000 employees). This is not possible in outlook by adding everyone from the Global Adress Book since it exceeds the maximum number of allowed senders (or something). I have tried doing an automatic formatting rule typing in the From field in the manners of; *@company.com , @company.com , company.com , none of these works. An option would be to color every other single mail sent from *@allpossiblemails.com . According to some other forum this could be achieved by just typing "@" in From field since internal mail doesn't contain @, this however does not work for me at all. I've also tried some different methods found by googling on this issue for the past 1 hour or so... Thanks in advance for solving! /BoodMatt. Last edited by boodmatt; 06-27-2011 at 06:36 AM. |
