new name for outlook resource

Hi,
We've got a resource in our system, which got a new name... meaning... we've created a NEW resource for this meeting room.

So now i've got an issue, how do i move the existing appointments (+ recurring appointments) in the old resource to the new resource, so that everyones calendar is updated?



I know that this might have to be done from the Exchange server but, im thinking that it should be possible from Outlook.
