I work with 40+ clients who each have 3-20 contacts that they like included on all communications. As such, I have built distribution lists for each client. Often I will need to send the same email to all of my clients. Years ago, we would send 40 different emails, one for each DL. About 2 years ago we began sending one email with all 40 distribution lists in the BCC field. The problem I am running into, however, is now I get 20 emails back asking me if "x" person was included on the email. I would LOVE to find a way to perform a mail merge where it sends a group email to each distribution list. So far I have only been able to get the mail merge to send an individual email to each person listed on a distribution list. This has the same results as using the BCC....20 emails asking if so and so was included. I hope this makes sense and I am keeping my fingers crossed that someone has the miracle to solve this issue!!!
