Trouble with triangles to e-mail sub folders...
I have an e-mail folder with over 50 sub-folders and about 10 other folders that have almost as many sub-folders. I can click the triangle to open and close the folder to see or not see the sub folders. When I click them all closed, I can navigate to the group that I want.
Some stay closed when I log back into Outlook but the largest one always opens to show all the sub folders. Every time I want to use e-mail, I have to scroll to the upper folder to close all the sub folders so that I can have access to the other groups. I can use the scroll bars to move but that is tedious too. If the triangle will stay closed, I would he happy. At first I thought it opened because there was unread mail but this is not the case. Can this be fixed? |
