Automatic Email Template when Click 'New'
Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am looking to create an automatic email for one of my email accounts that will have a template of: Dear..., Thank you for contacting McGoo Industries. <Type email here> Regards, Mr McGoo, McGoo Industries, McGooVille, USA Ph: +1 555 555555 This is just a template email that I want my team to use every time they send an email. I initially thought of putting this in a signature, but when I create the signature, it starts 2 lines from the top and to get my team to delete these 2 lines would be a hassle! Anyway, I was wondering if there is anyway that when I click "New" email, that this is automatically what the team see? I know you can use Quick Parts, but that doesn't inser it automatically. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Regards, Eoin |

MS has a walkthrough on creating an email template here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...in=HA010245004
The problem you are going to have is there is no way to automaticly use this template when clicking "new e-mail". You can add your template to the menu though which would keep it a one click process. To do this please see the bottom section here: http://www.techrepublic.com/article/...plates/6129939 |

Yeah, I know how to create a template, but I wanted to know if there was something I was missing that would allow me to have it automatically generated when I click new!
So, that's the final answer then? This is not possible? |
