Default Outlook Email messsages do not show sender unless you open the email

In Outlook the messages sent to my wife's inbox show her name in the first line and not the name of the sender. She cannot who sent it until she opens the email. very frustrating.

Can any one help?

What version of Outlook is she using?

It sounds like the View Column Field for "From" needs to added to her view.

1. In the Inbox window
2. Right click on the top bar like "Subject"
3. You will get a window menu
4. Select Customize Current View
5. Click on "Fields"
6. Add "From" field.

Default Outlook problem

I fiddled around long enough and found the way to do it
thanks again
Kevin I had to click on "View" in the upper menu bar, then "current view" and then "customize current view" and finally "Fields" to add sender.
Thankou

Default How to appear Sender's Name in Inbox and not the Subject -Microsoft Outlook 2007

Hello, Can somebody advise me how to show up the sender's name in inbox messages instead the subject? I accidentally click something that changed the arrangement.

Thanks!
