What version of Outlook is she using?
It sounds like the View Column Field for "From" needs to added to her view.

Outlook problem
I fiddled around long enough and found the way to do it
thanks again Kevin I had to click on "View" in the upper menu bar, then "current view" and then "customize current view" and finally "Fields" to add sender. Thankou
