Default Folders in Favorites

Getting this by piecemeal here...

I have a few e-mail addresses, each show Outbox, Deleted Items, UnreadMail, and an inbox folders among others. When I place them into teh Favorites pane, they show and I can move them into an order. When mail comes in, it foes to the appropriate folder. So Far So good...

1) When I close and reopen Outlook, the order of the favorites is not the same. At least one folder shows up in a place other than where I last left it.

2) I do not seem to be able to have an Unread Folder for each e-mail address yet only one of the e-mail address mail will be shown there.

3) Either it would be nice to have a shorter favorites pane or to stop the up/down shift of the folders in the lower pane (pain) when I am dragging something into a folder.

Yes, three questions in one post but they are all about the same problem area.
