Default How do I move file folders ..please?

I have Outlook 2003 running on Vista and I now want to store all my data files (emails and contacts etc.) on a removable drive, not on my C drive.
Can anyone tell a novice how to do this without losing any data and without leaving bits of folders all over my computer?
I want outlook to read its data files from my F:// drive and store and back up there. Thanks for taking the time to read this and thank you in anticipation of providing a solution for me.
Yours

Steve
