repeatingly asks for my id and password.

Angry repeatingly asks for my id and password.
I have Out Exspress five. When I try sometimes to access my email it will repeatedly ask for my id and password. I have repeated it several times. What am I doing wrong this is quite agravating?. pljames

It should be a sever problem, I occasionally have this problem as well, but usually disappear by itself the second day.
