Default More on 'What Happened?'

As a follow up to my previous post, Outlook has dumped over 2500 e-mails into my in-box. These e-mails go back to 2006 and appear to have come from various folders in which they had been filed. So I'm happy that many of my e-mails are still there even though it will mean refiling them. However recent 'sent' mail is gone and so is my entire address book. What is my best plan of action to restore my missing folders and address book. Thanks.

How did you get outlook to open? did you choose a .pst in the dialog box that came up? It's possible you pulled up an archive .pst instead of the recent one. usually you'll want to open outlook.pst which contains the "latest" emails you'd sent. give that a try?
