Unhappy Going from Outlook 2003 to 2010, can't export the pst file

I've been trying to use the export/import wizard to save the pst files ANYWHERE, and every time I open the wizard, click on 'export a file' Outlook immediately shuts down, 'error' and I have to close Outlook. Tried rebooting, tried closing all other apps, even if I click on 'import' a file, same thing.

Help?
