Unfortunately Outlook 2010 does not have a rule that can automatically block an email address. Recommend you block just the domain of these address. For example, 1487182179brad@anasadonat.com, just add anasadonat.com to the blocked list. All messages from that domain will be marked as junk.

Open the message
Select the Junk drop down menu from the ribbon


Select Junk options
Block senders tab and add each domain.

A secondary option requires a spam filtering service, such as google Postini, these services have additional features to block these domains.
