I am getting bombarded by emails FROM: YoshiBlade <bethwyn@algernon.buttskardb.info> or Beautiful Hardwood Floors <Hardwood_Flooring@wealthlegacy.info> or Incredible Indoor Banana Tree <1487182179brad@anasadonat.com> or 'Penny-Auctions' <stephanie_tarin32@filisured.com> or Notification <dominospizza@milanoo1.com> just for example and many others. I would like to be able to block these senders not by their email addresses which constantly change but by the "Nicknames" of the senders, Beautiful Harwood Floors or Notification, etc. But, have not discovered how to do that. Hoping it is simple to do and effective. Please help, this is frustrating to keep getting these unwanted emails and it keeps getting worse. Thanks.

Unfortunately Outlook 2010 does not have a rule that can automatically block an email address. Recommend you block just the domain of these address. For example, 1487182179brad@anasadonat.com, just add anasadonat.com to the blocked list. All messages from that domain will be marked as junk.
Open the message Select the Junk drop down menu from the ribbon Select Junk options Block senders tab and add each domain. A secondary option requires a spam filtering service, such as google Postini, these services have additional features to block these domains. Hope this helps. |
