Sorry, I inquired about this before but can't find the response- Finally bit the bullet, bought Office 2010 and am ready to install it, but want to be sure I don't lose existing Outlook 2003 email--how do I do it?

It's a little different than just exporting/importing your pst file. Since Outlook 2003, the pst-file format has changed from an ANSI format to a Unicode format. Your best bet would be to follow the steps on this link:

Appreciate this, Shawn. Does this also move the other things, Calendar, Contacts in particular? Such a clod at all this!

In the same section from the link I provided, it states this:
To move your Calendar items all at once, you can switch your Calendar view to a table layout via; tab View-> button Change View-> List I don't see anything about Contacts on that page. |
