Modifying subject in Hyperlink - Complex
Hi,
I am working on sending out feedback mails to various supervisors using Outlook 2007. The feedback mail contains a subject stating the name of person to be rated while the body contains the rating scale - 1 to 5. Each of these rating would in turn be a hyperlink. So when the supervisor clicks on a rating, the following would need to happen. Create a mail with the following subject - "user rating" plus "Name of the person being rated" E.g. 1. Send a mail to supervisor with subject "Feedback for David". This mail contains five ratings - 1,2,3,4,5 2. The supervisor clicks on the hyperlink corresponding to the correct rating, let's say 4. 3. Mail created with correct mailto xyz@hotmail.com and subject link "4:Feedback for David" How does one achieve this in outlook 2007? Thanks, Amrit |
