Default Outlook PRF settings for TLS encrypted connection

Hello everyone,

We use the PRF file settings to inject email settings into Outlook, but I am not able to find which settings to change in the .prf file so that the Encrypted connection reflects to TLS. Any ideas?
Settings are located in "Outlook Account Settings - Internet Email Setttings -

More Settings - Advanced - Use the following type of encrypted Connection" and there is dropdown for SSL TSL and Auto

I've already tried SMTPUseSSL and it does work for neither SSL or TLS connection

regards
