If I reinstall Outlook, will I retain my present files
I am having a problem with Outlook and my pictures which are blurred, so there is some problem that has arisen which I do not know how to rectify.
If I try reinstalling Outlook, will it start from scratch, or can I retain my present folders and messages on this computer. Thanks.

It is best that you perform an export of all of your data into a .PST. Once reinstalled you may then import all of your data back into Outlook.
