every email deleted ????

I had trouble deleting a large email in my send folder even after I canceled it. I finally got it to delete but now I have deleted all the emails in all my saved folders.. Is there anything I can do to try and retrieve all these emails? Every folder/file is empty/

Razz,

When a message is deleted, it normally ends up ion your deleted items folder. If you are saying that your messages are not in that folder it is very possible recovery may be challenging.

Does your mail provider have a disaster recovery policy? Meaning they can recover lost messages from a specified date.

Are you on an exchange platform service? Most exchange providers have retention policies for incidents like this one.
