Default Change Calendar to 4 day work week

How can I show my work week as Mon-Thur. Also is there a way for my schedule to show Fri as busy or out of office?

Thanks,
JCM

Change your Calendar work days
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click Calendar Options.
  3. Under Calendar work week, select the check boxes for the days that are a part of your work week. Clear the check boxes for the days that are not a part of the work week.
