Default Titles in Contacts mailing labels

In my Outlook 2003 Contacts, I don't want to see titles, such as Ms, Mr; but when I choose my Category "Labels" to print mailing labels for those contacts, the label should read: Mr and Mrs Bob Smith, or Ms Mary Smith.
If I put Title: Mr in the Detailed Contact info, it shows FullName as Mr Bob Smith. If I delete Mr from FullName, it is deleted from Title.

How do I hide titles in the contact list, but print them on mailing labels? My label fields include Title and FullName.
