Default General failure and Firefox 4

I have recently installed FF4. I am also running Outlook 2010 in Windows 7. I have started getting the following error when opening an email with a link to the web.

General failure: http//www. web address..An error occurred in sending the command to the application.

The site will open in the background and clicking OK will make the message go away. I am trying to find out if this is an Oulook problem or a FF one and what needs to be done to fix it.

Any help will be appreciated.
