Default Outlook 2010 email folder question.

I'm new to Outlook and just installed 2010.

I have 5 different email addresses. Is there a way to have all emails come into one folder to eliminate 5 drafts folders, 5 sent folders, 5 deleted items folder, 5 junk-email folders..............you get the picture?
Thanks!

Microsoft made it that each email account has its own folder hierarchy. It is possible to set up a rule that will forward any message sent to you to one folder of your choosing. However, doing this will make it difficult to respond as the email address it was received as. A secondary option is to add the inbox to the favorites line. Doing this will keep each inbox in a closer proximity or more user friendly position.

Hope this helps.

Default Sent Folder in secondary email

In Outlook 2010 AD environment, can we have the emails that were sent in an Outlook client's secondary email to show up in the sent folder of that email account. Currently they only show up in the primary user's sent folder.
